The Department of Labor’s Chief Evaluation Office recently released a summary report and literature scan from the study of the AJC customer experience through its website, https://www.dol.gov/asp/evaluation/CompletedStudies.htm.
The Department of Labor hosted its third Customer Centered Design Learning Exchange and Symposium on Tuesday, October 17. The gathering welcomed 10 teams from Rounds 3 and 4 CCD Challenge to present their projects and share their learnings and promising practices. This was the first time the occasion was held at DOL, the first two Symposiums were held at the White House.
