This Shift Work Forward initiative supports employers in adopting Human-Centered Design strategies that engage workers in rethinking how jobs are structured and supported, including advancement pathways, schedules, and communication systems.
The initiative focuses on the challenge of designing workplace practices without sufficient input from workers. It brings together Shift Work Forward and Network Partners to help employers align business objectives and worker needs through worker-centered approaches to job design.
The initiative includes:
