Centering Workers in Job Design: Improving Jobs and Career Navigation
About
This Shift Work Forward article announces the National Fund for Workforce Solutions’ Centering Workers in Job Design initiative, a collaboration with eight communities to engage employers and workers in co-creating workplace solutions that improve job quality and career navigation.
The initiative focuses on two areas:
- Job quality and business results: Four projects will focus on infrastructure industries, including construction, energy, and manufacturing.
- Career navigation: Four projects will focus on improving career navigation in healthcare.
